Chattel Mortgage For Truck & Trailer Finance

A commonly preferred commercial financing solution for Truck loans is Chattel Mortgage. This is an on balance sheet item (In other words you’ve purchased the asset). It is the most common form of finance in the current market and you can choose flexible terms usually between 1-5 years but sometimes up to 7 years depending on the lender and or the amount.
